
Order Fulfillment
After you make
a sale through an online auction or from your own e-commerce web site, it's
time for Wholesale Marketer to take over. Simply log in to your Wholesale Marketer
account and add the item(s) to your shopping cart. In your shopping cart you'll
see the product(s) you've selected and all charges including shipping.
Once you've selected
the item(s) for your purchase, you can proceed to checkout. There you'll be
prompted to enter the customer's information that you wish to ship the product(s)
to. You'll then be prompted to verify your own billing information. By default
this information will appear as the information on file for your account. To
update this information at any time, simply click the My Account button, which
appears in the members' area of this web site.
Drop
Shipping
Once
you've placed your order with Wholesale Marketer, we'll take care of the rest.
Your
order will be quickly processed and shipped to your customer. Upon delivery,
your customer receives an invoice with the product information but no prices.
The invoice will give a generic name such as "Product Warehouse" for the return
address. For all your customer knows, it came from your own supplier.
Order
Manager
The
Order Manager on Wholesale Marketer allows you to keep track of all of your
orders and to better serve your customers. Through the Manager you will receive
a UPS or FedEx tracking number as soon as an order ships. You can pass this
tracking information to your customer to increase customer satisfaction and
to ensure that your customer will want to buy from you again.
The Order Manager
is also where you'll receive receipts for all your orders. Save them to your
computer or print them out for your records.
